ABOUT THE PUBLICATION

A decision should leave an evidence trail.

People Operations Review is an independent U.S. publication for employers, HR operators and finance teams evaluating or managing HR service relationships.

The work we cover

Our Resourcing Edge coverage focuses on provider diligence, service scope, implementation, payroll controls, benefits administration handoffs, security evidence and exit planning. The practical output is an artifact a reader can adapt privately: a responsibility map, decision register, acceptance pack or focused question.

We do not operate a PEO, process payroll, provide employee accounts or act as Resourcing Edge or OneDigital support. Brand names identify the subject of reporting. This publication is not affiliated with, sponsored by or operated by Resourcing Edge or OneDigital. Brand names identify the subjects of the articles, not the publisher.

How facts and examples are separated

Company pages establish what the company publicly describes. Government and professional sources establish the particular guidance or program information they publish. A cited claim retains its date and scope; it is not expanded to all entities, states, service models or private agreements.

Our fictional counts, fees, rates, case prompts and workflows are labeled. They are original explanatory devices, not customer records, interviews, testimonials or descriptions of a private platform. We have not invented experts who reviewed them or suggested that a public-source check is a private-system audit.

When public sources conflict, we describe the difference. For example, current public platform references do not establish one universal customer interface. Actual contractual scope, assigned platform and authorized procedures must be verified for the reader’s organization.

What the tools do

The responsibility comparison presents suggested workstream roles and evidence. The readiness check organizes unresolved questions. Both run locally in the page and require no employee records. They do not determine legal compliance, calculate payroll, certify a launch or recommend a provider.

Security, tax, employment, benefit-plan and insurance questions can require qualified professional review. Our material supports preparation for that review; it does not resolve a specific person’s rights or an employer’s obligations.

Dates, corrections and accountability

Each guide identifies the date its cited sources were checked. A source-review date differs from the source’s publication date, the article’s modification date and the effective date of a contract. A later edit should not imply that every cited source was rechecked.

For a factual error, broken link, calculation problem or accessibility issue, use Contact and Corrections. Public evidence is especially useful; confidential workforce records are not needed.

This collection was prepared with automated assistance using the public sources cited in the articles. A source-check date records a source review, not a professional certification or an account test. The publisher is responsible for deciding what is published and for assessing reported corrections. The publisher funds this website. This publication does not receive affiliate commissions or payment for the articles in this collection.
