Scope of this notice

This notice describes the supplied publication features and the limits of what their software establishes. WordPress, other plugins, hosting, security services and email can have separate behavior. A review of this publication’s code is not a complete audit of a deployed website or every server-side record.

Web requests pass through the hosting and security services selected by the publisher. This package does not identify or independently verify the live host, CDN, service providers or processing locations. Contact the publisher for the configuration that applies to this website.

Planning tools

The responsibility comparison and readiness check use selections in the current page. Their code does not send selections to a server, save them in browser storage or request employee records. The publication does not save tool answers. A browser may restore form values when you return; use each tool’s Reset or Clear control to clear its current selections. Do not enter private workforce information into search or correspondence to use an example.

Optional reading positions

If you choose the optional reading feature, this browser can store up to 30 relative article paths with a scroll-position ratio and timestamp. The feature does not add names, email addresses or payroll data. It is local browser storage, not a reader account or an analytics event sent by the publication’s scripts.

The saved preference uses a first-party cookie. Cookies can accompany requests to this website within their scope. The separate reading-position record is not sent by the feature’s code. On a shared device, other people using the same browser profile may see or use its stored reading history.

Use Cookie settings to reject or withdraw optional reading storage. Withdrawal stops future saving and attempts to remove the saved record. If the browser blocks storage access, use its site-data controls. The Cookie Policy gives names, purposes, duration and technical limitations.

Page requests and search

Opening a page or submitting a WordPress search sends a request to the site. Search terms appear in the request URL and may appear in browser history or server records. Use general terms rather than employee names, identifiers or confidential facts.

Requests may generate records such as an IP address, requested address, timestamp and browser information for website delivery and security. The fields and retention depend on the hosting and security configuration. This notice does not specify an independently verified fixed retention period. Contact the publisher for information about the applicable arrangements.

WordPress administrative sign-in and software added by the publisher may use additional cookies or storage. The local preference controls govern the supplied reading feature; they do not automatically manage every third-party plugin, server or security system.

Sources and video references

The publication includes links to official agencies, company pages and other identified source providers. Following a link sends a request to that destination, which can receive connection information such as an IP address and browser data under its own practices. Its page may include cookies, registration or external services.

Video references are outbound links. The publication’s supplied code does not embed players, request remote video thumbnails or preconnect to a video provider. Choosing an outbound link is navigation to another service, not blanket consent for this site to add tracking.

Correspondence

Email is processed by the email services used by the sender and the publisher. The public email link opens the reader’s mail application; it is not a message-submission form on this website. Correspondence is used to assess and respond to publication matters. Contact the publisher to ask what correspondence is held and request its correction or deletion where applicable. The reading-preference controls do not erase email records.

Send only information needed to explain a publication matter. We do not request confidential employee records or credentials. Browser reading settings cannot delete a message from an email system.

Clear this site’s browser data using your browser settings to remove local preferences and reading records. That action does not erase server logs, another service’s records or email. Their handling depends on the applicable arrangements described above.

Changes to the website

If the publisher adds analytics, advertising, forms, external players or other services, the disclosures and controls need to be reviewed against that changed behavior. This notice does not assume those services are present or promise that a later installation leaves the original behavior unchanged.
