What to include

• The article title or page address.
• The specific sentence, source link, example or control that needs attention.
• A public source or a short explanation of the problem.
• For a tool issue, your browser type and a fictional example that reproduces it.

Do not send payroll exports, employee names tied to pay, Social Security numbers, bank details, health or benefit records, passwords, private audit reports or confidential contracts. This publication does not accept those records for review. A generalized description with invented values is usually enough to explain an editorial issue.

How corrections are handled

The publisher can review the cited source, the disputed statement and any relevant calculation. A material correction should explain the change near the affected content or in an appropriate update note. We do not promise a fixed response time or a particular result before the issue is assessed.

A differing interpretation may need a clearer limitation rather than a new factual claim. A changed official source should be checked for its effective date and scope before an older statement is replaced. Please identify that distinction if you can.

For employer or employee service issues

This address is for the publication. For a live payroll, benefit, access, tax or service question, use your organization’s verified internal or provider contact. We cannot see accounts, reset access, correct records or escalate a customer case. The homepage responsibility map identifies resource types and official public links.
